Just like last week, we have our Honey Millet Bread, Cinnamon Swirl Bread, and Big Chocolate Chip Cookies for sale. All items are gluten free and dairy free.

Gluten Free Honey Millet Bread

We've got three yummy items to choose from tomorrow, and of course, they are all gluten-free!

Up first, Honey Millet Bread. This winner is also dairy-free, soy-free, and corn-free! Handcrafted with love and the best quality ingredients, this scrumptious bread is made from: our own gluten-free flour blend (millet flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), water, honey, organic eggs, golden flax seeds, extra-virgin olive oil, psyllium husk powder, yeast, and kosher salt. This bread is soft, bendable, and makes great sandwiches and toast.

Next up, we have our amazing Cinnamon Swirl Bread, also dairy-free, soy-free, and corn-free! This bread makes fabulous French toast or an intense PB&J. This bread uses our Honey Millet Bread as the base, and then rolls it up with a ribbon swirl of brown cane sugar and cinnamon.

And finally, come try our famous Chocolate Chip Cookies, also dairy-free! Quality ingredients used in these tasty little morsels include: our own gluten-free flour blend (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), chocolate chips (chocolate liquor, sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla), organic palm shortening, brown cane sugar, organic eggs, cane sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and xanthan gum.
