With the slow down we are bringing a smaller variety of items for sale. Today we will have Honey Millet Bread, Cinnamon Swirl Bread, and our best-selling Chocolate Chip Cookies. Stop by for FREE samples!
We will find out today if we can get into this Saturday's Farmer's Market -- it's Second Saturday, which means the Farmer's Market has to share space with the Flea Market, so space is at a premium. Regardless of what happens this weekend, we've been told we can get a Saturday space beginning September 21st and going through the end of October! We have already learned that we will be able to get both a Wednesday and a Saturday space next year (May through October 2014).
Our goal is to eventually open a brick-and-mortar bakery and cafe (hoping by November 2014), so we have to keep building our business all year long. We dream of a gluten and dairy free place to eat here in the Leavenworth/Lansing community. We have many more yummy recipes to share, but not enough time and oven space to bring them to the Farmer's Market. Over the winter we will continue to work on our Artisan French Bread, cake decorating skills, and many more cookie recipes. Brownies anyone?
If you are can't live without our breads (and cookies, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes) over the fall and winter months when the Farmer's Market is closed, we are planning to continue baking once a week. Please talk to us -- in person at the market, through comments here or on Facebook, by email, or phone (see contact info on our website) -- if you are interested. We'll set up a mailing list (we won't sell your info) and keep in touch.
We can also do special orders -- cupcakes and large cookie platters!
As always EVERYTHING we make is Gluten Free and Dairy Free!
